Role Overview
As a Restaurant Captain at Hotel Golden Treat, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, managing the dining experience from seating to billing. This role involves overseeing service quality and coordinating with various teams to ensure an exceptional dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and arranging appropriate seating.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
- Supervising waitstaff and stewards to uphold service standards.
- Ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently during service hours.
- Coordinating between the kitchen and bar to meet guest requests promptly.
- Handling and resolving any guest complaints professionally.
- Monitoring the quality and presentation of food served.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the dining area.
- Setting up tables and preparing service essentials before and during operations.
- Managing billing processes and coordinating with the POS system for transactions.
