Overview
Goatpro Leads Private Limited is seeking a meticulous and confident Research Executive to support customer verification and data validation efforts. The role entails managing outbound and cold calls to confirm and update customer information from provided databases with high accuracy and professionalism.
Key Duties
- Conduct outbound and cold calls to customers using supplied databases.
- Verify and cross-check customer data meticulously and professionally.
- Ensure customers are verified and eligible as per company records.
- Collect and update customer details precisely in the system.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and verification results.
- Prepare and present daily summary reports and performance ratios to management.
- Respond politely and professionally to customer queries.
- Collaborate with team leaders for timely updates and reporting.
- Uphold professionalism during all customer conversations.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Confidence in handling customer verification calls.
- Keen observational and data management abilities.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
Qualifications
Minimum educational requirement is completion of 12th grade or any graduate degree. Both freshers and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary range from ₹16,000 to ₹19,000 (subject to interview outcome).
- Attendance bonus of ₹1,000 per month.

- Travel allowance of ₹1,500 monthly for female employees only.
