Role Overview
This is a full-time Research and Development Program Manager position based in Patna, Bihar, with a hybrid working arrangement that includes partial work-from-home flexibility. The role is responsible for leading the planning, shaping, and delivery of R&D efforts centered on AI-based and future-ready learning solutions for students.
What You Will Do
- Lead the end-to-end coordination of programs and projects connected to research and development initiatives.
- Work with teams across functions to keep delivery on track and aligned with priorities.
- Carry out market and academic research to identify opportunities and improvements.
- Convert research findings into updated curricula, product tools, and platform features.
- Monitor milestones, schedules, and budgets to ensure initiatives stay within scope and timeline.
- Maintain quality, compliance, and stakeholder expectations across all projects.
- Review program performance and measure the impact of initiatives.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership and other stakeholders.
- Partner with leadership to improve the product roadmap and overall strategy.
Requirements
- Strong background in program management and project management, including planning, execution, and tracking of multiple workstreams.
- Hands-on experience in research and R&D, with the ability to structure studies, test ideas, and build innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical ability to assess data, interpret outcomes, and support data-driven decisions.
- Clear communication skills, along with the ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
- Prior exposure to EdTech, education, technology, or AI-focused programs is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup with good self-organization and accountability.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Education, Engineering, Management, Data Science, or a similar field is preferred.
