Position Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and insightful Research Analyst / Research Assistant to aid in executing research activities by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform both primary and secondary research through trustworthy sources using established research techniques.
- Gather, organize, validate, and scrutinize both qualitative and quantitative information.
- Conduct literature surveys, market and industry analyses, along with competitor assessments.
- Create research reports, dashboards, presentations, and concise executive summaries.
- Recognize patterns, trends, and crucial insights from extensive datasets and research outputs.
- Maintain current, precise research databases, documentation, and data storage systems.
- Assist in designing surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and related research tools.
- Evaluate research results and offer actionable recommendations aligned with organizational goals.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on diverse research and strategic projects.
- Present analysis results through visual aids such as charts, graphs, and expertly crafted reports.
- Ensure adherence to methodological standards, data quality, and comprehensive documentation throughout research processes.
- Help prepare project documentation, proposals, and analytical resources.
- Keep track of advancements, trends, and relevant publications within the industry.
- Propose and contribute to improvements enhancing research procedures and data integrity.
- Handle confidential research information with utmost integrity and discretion.
Candidate Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree in fields like Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, Psychology, Computer Science, or closely related disciplines.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
- Skilled in data collection, interpretation, analysis, and reporting methods.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and associated data analysis or presentation software is essential.
- Experience or familiarity with survey tools, statistical packages, business intelligence systems, or data visualization platforms is advantageous.
- Exhibit strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding research aptitude, organizational skills, and time management proficiency.
- Attention to detail, ensuring precision and quality in research outputs.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
