Job description
Role Overview
Join Sirva as a Relocation Consultant supporting our Singapore team under a flexible hybrid work arrangement. This role requires adaptability to various shift schedules addressing the needs of global clients and relocating employees.
Key Duties
- Oversee complete relocation processes for assignees and their families, from pre-move planning through arrival, settling in, ongoing assistance, and eventual repatriation if needed.
- Organize destination services such as orientation, housing and school searches, settling-in assistance, and related support.
- Maintain comprehensive and precise relocation documentation and case files.
- Serve as the main contact for assignees, internal teams, and service providers, ensuring responsive communication and adherence to KPIs.
- Collaborate internally to guarantee a smooth, satisfactory relocation experience.
- Stay informed on local market conditions including housing, schools, healthcare, transportation, and expatriate resources.
- Foster and maintain strong connections with key relocation service vendors, consultants, schools, and other partners.
- Provide proactive guidance and address relocation issues for assignees and stakeholders while recommending effective solutions.
- Supervise third-party vendors and coordinate their services to ensure excellent support for relocating personnel and families.
- Ensure data accuracy within relocation management systems and databases.
- Compile reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders as necessary.
- Support client meetings, presentations, and contribute to business development activities when required.
- Comply with company policies and quality standards while identifying areas for service enhancement and promptly escalating potential concerns.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3-5 years’ experience in relocation services, real estate, HR, customer service, finance, or a related discipline.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills across diverse cultures and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with international assignees or in multicultural settings is highly preferred.
- Fluent English language proficiency; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Capable of handling multiple projects, priorities, and service providers concurrently.
- Self-motivated, proactive, with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Educational Requirements
A bachelor’s or graduate degree is preferred.
