About the Role
Kotak Life Insurance Ltd is urgently seeking to fill 10 Relationship Manager positions in Bangalore. This role is designed for candidates with a graduate-level education and at least one year of prior experience in the insurance sector. The ideal applicant will be under 34 years of age and ready for a virtual interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand business by leveraging bank branch connections.
- Develop and maintain strong rapports with bank employees.
- Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and provide ongoing support.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational background of at least a graduate degree.
- Minimum one year of insurance industry experience is a must.
- Candidate should be no older than 34 years to be eligible.
Compensation and Benefits
The remuneration is offered up to ₹4.5 lakh per annum combined with performance incentives.
