About the Role

We are urgently hiring Relationship Managers for full-time field sales positions based in Nagpur. The role involves a balanced mix of telephonic and face-to-face sales activities aimed at promoting suitable insurance products to prospective clients. Immediate joining is required for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Engage in telephonic outreach and direct field visits to generate and convert leads.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate insurance solutions.
• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
• Successfully meet monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced individuals.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills essential for customer interaction.
• Motivated by sales targets with a preference for candidates comfortable with field sales activities.

Compensation and Other Details

• Salary ranges from Rs. 3,50,000 per annum for freshers to Rs. 4,50,000 per annum for experienced candidates.
