Role Overview
YES BANK is hiring a dynamic, target-driven Relationship Manager for the Small Enterprises (SE) team, focused on working capital products. This role is centered on building and managing a client portfolio of businesses with turnover of up to ₹100 Cr, keeping the book healthy, and driving cross-sell opportunities across relevant banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Bring in new-to-bank clients within the small enterprise segment, specifically businesses with turnover up to ₹100 Cr, using market insights, referrals, and industry connections.
- Maintain and grow relationships with the existing portfolio, with regular client interaction to support retention and satisfaction.
- Review financials and prepare detailed credit notes for both new and existing customers, while assessing risk and aligning proposals with bank credit norms.
- Coordinate with internal credit stakeholders for discussions and approvals, and work closely with customers to understand requirements and match them to suitable products.
- Protect portfolio quality through timely renewals, limit adherence, proper documentation, and monitoring of early warning indicators to reduce delinquencies.
- Identify and convert cross-sell opportunities across trade finance, treasury, cash management, insurance, and working capital offerings.
Candidate Profile
The preferred candidate is a graduate or postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline, with 3-4 years of experience in corporate, SME, or ME banking. The role calls for strong credit analysis capabilities, comfort with financial statements, excellent communication and relationship management skills, and a proven ability to grow business while managing risk.
