Job Summary

This full-time field sales role as Relationship Manager focuses on onboarding and nurturing motor insurance agent partners within a designated territory. It is an individual contributor position emphasizing performance, continuous learning, and career advancement.

Role & Responsibilities

• Locate and recruit new agent partners in the assigned geographic area.
• Promote and increase motor insurance sales through effective partner engagement strategies.
• Regularly conduct field visits to provide training and support for business growth.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Educate partners on the Policybazaar Partners portal and respective workflows.

Experience and Skills Required

Applicants should possess prior experience in insurance sales to succeed in this role.
