Role overview
This position is focused on developing trusted client relationships, growing an existing portfolio, and creating new business opportunities across the Central Coast region. The role sits within the Regional and Agribusiness Banking team, which supports businesses throughout regional Australia and contributes to the financial wellbeing of local communities.
The team operates across more than 70 centres nationwide and is committed to placing customers first while helping regional businesses succeed.
What you will do
- Strengthen client relationships, deliver high-quality service, and identify opportunities to win business from new-to-bank customers.
- Work with clients to understand their specific needs and involve product specialists to build tailored financial solutions.
- Use market insight to shape strategy and drive deal delivery, including origination, structuring, and negotiation of finance solutions.
- Manage portfolio risk proactively and partner with analyst teams to support strong credit submissions.
What the team is looking for
- Solid commercial judgment and a genuine interest in building financial capability.
- Substantial experience in business banking.
- A strong commitment to relationship management and an eagerness to be part of the regional community.
- A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Experience in growing customer portfolios and generating new business would be an advantage.
