We are offering a 12-month fixed-term contract position for a Relationship Analyst based in our Esperance branch. The role involves providing essential prudential and client relationship support to Account Managers and Branch Managers, assisting in the development of new business as well as managing existing client accounts to help clients achieve their aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a supplementary formal contact point for clients and their advisors.
- Manage the client journey efficiently from request to settlement.
- Initiate and oversee all branch prudential management duties.
- Conduct thorough Compliance Due Diligence (CDD) with regards to Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) and Know Your Client (KYC) mandates.
- Prepare loan applications actively and interpret prudential management tasks within the branch.
- Monitor loan arrears and manage accounts exceeding limits, taking appropriate commercial and prudential actions.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

- Understanding of rural industry and agricultural sectors is advantageous.
