About the Role

Join the Te Amorangi Mātauranga Matua Learner & Investment Outcomes team at TEC, a dedicated Crown entity committed to enhancing education and vocational training in New Zealand. This fixed term or secondment opportunity lasting until June 2027 involves delivering expert advice and support to TEC customers, ensuring clear understanding and resolution of their queries regarding our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and professional advice to customers within the Customer Contact Team through multiple communication channels.
  • Manage internal and external communications using TEC’s systems efficiently.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering prompt and comprehensive guidance.
  • Collaborate with various teams inside TEC to develop your skills and contribute to process improvements.
  • Identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience and inform decision-making within the organization.
