Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business prospects across European markets.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with sponsors, CROs, CDMOs, hospitals, and research organizations.
• Lead commercial negotiations related to clinical trial logistics, depot services, and Importer of Record (IoR) solutions.
• Represent the company at international conferences and events within the industry.
• Work collaboratively with diverse internal teams to create customized solutions for clients.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in business development within clinical research, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the European clinical trials ecosystem.
• Track record of successfully managing client relationships and meeting commercial objectives.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
• A motivated self-starter comfortable operating in an international setting.
