Role overview

Buzz Solutions is looking for a highly organized, people-oriented Recruiting Coordinator / People Operations Associate to help support hiring operations and initiatives that improve the employee experience as the company continues to grow.

What you will do

  • Arrange interviews for candidates across several teams and time zones, and keep communication flowing throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Keep applicant data current and accurate in Greenhouse ATS.
  • Partner with hiring managers to collect interview feedback and notes for active candidates.
  • Support a smooth, positive experience for candidates from the first touchpoint through final steps.
  • Assist with sourcing talent for open roles across the organization.
  • Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support HR compliance paperwork and audit preparation.
  • Help with onboarding by sending welcome messages and sharing onboarding schedules.
  • Guide employees through the handbook, benefits enrollment, and workplace policies.
  • Help introduce new hires to the company’s culture and values.
  • Coordinate employee recognition initiatives.
  • Take on additional ad hoc projects as needed.

Required background

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar field.
