About the Role

Ultra Clean Technology (UCT) is hiring a Recruiter in Singapore. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a talent acquisition partner to the business, developing trusted relationships with stakeholders and advising them on hiring needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including research, sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate evaluation, offer management, and acceptance.
  • Create and execute sourcing approaches that support diverse hiring, using research, networking, direct outreach, and recruitment platforms and referrals to identify strong candidates.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for critical roles and key talent requirements.
  • Support ongoing improvement of talent acquisition processes and contribute to additional projects as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sourcing and recruitment experience.
  • Semiconductor hiring experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong capability in sourcing both active and passive candidates.
  • Solid understanding of offer negotiation and candidate closing techniques.
  • Ability to work in a results-driven environment with strategic thinking and flexibility in ambiguous or changing situations.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
  • Clear and proactive communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education

A BA/BS degree, or equivalent practical experience, in Business, Human Resources, or a related area is required.
