Position Summary

We seek a driven and outcome-oriented Recruiter to join our expanding talent acquisition team. This full-time role involves owning the recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding, fostering robust candidate connections, and ensuring an exceptional hiring experience. Candidates must be willing to work night shifts overlapping with US timings until 4 AM IST.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Identify and attract candidates via various channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate resumes effectively.
• Arrange interviews with hiring managers and provide prompt feedback.
• Develop a strong talent database for present and future vacancies.
• Prepare job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
• Maintain excellent candidate engagement and experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Track recruitment metrics and compile hiring reports regularly.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment expertise, preferably in IT, AI, or technical hiring domains.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple job openings concurrently.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.

Additional Conditions

• This is strictly a full-time position; candidates planning to hold multiple jobs or part-time engagements will face rejection.
