Overview
This opportunity is provided on behalf of a partner organization seeking a Recruiter based in Ireland. The role is designed for professionals eager to engage in an international and collaborative setting, taking charge of the entire recruitment cycle to secure top-tier talent worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding coordination.
- Utilize diverse recruitment methods, including sourcing platforms, direct search, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Perform targeted candidate research and headhunting across various countries and labor markets.
- Establish and nurture lasting relationships with candidates during recruitment.
- Maintain an organized hiring pipeline and input accurate data in applicant tracking systems.
- Screen CVs, arrange interviews, conduct assessments, and manage timely communications.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and facilitate hiring decisions.
- Ensure a uniform and structured interview experience across teams.
- Offer recruitment training and guidance to interviewers when necessary.
- Support recruitment across diverse functions, adjusting sourcing strategies as per departmental needs.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in recruitment, preferably within IT recruitment.
- Proven adeptness in handling comprehensive recruitment cycles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Deep familiarity with direct sourcing, headhunting techniques, and recruitment technology.
- Understanding of IT talent landscapes and terminology is advantageous.
- Ability to recruit for technical and non-technical roles such as finance, marketing, and legal sectors.
- Experience liaising with hiring managers to solidify job specifications and recruitment approaches.
- Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or above in both written and spoken forms.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational capabilities to juggle multiple recruitment openings.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of thriving in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
- Additional experience in iGaming recruitment, closing non-IT positions, or sourcing via industry events is a plus.
