Role Overview

As a Recruiter at PSC Biotech, you will oversee the complete recruitment cycle, collaborating closely with sourcing teams and hiring managers. Your goal will be to attract, evaluate, and secure top talent across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, engineering, quality, validation, manufacturing, and technical operations sectors. The position suits a proactive professional driven by achievements in placement targets, talent pipeline creation, and exceptional candidate experiences in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement.
  • Work alongside the sourcing team to identify candidates through job boards, social networks, referrals, talent pools, and advanced Boolean searches.
  • Conduct detailed candidate assessments with competency-based interviews to evaluate qualifications and suitability.
  • Foster strong candidate relationships to ensure positive engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by briefing them on role specifics, processes, expectations, and next steps.
  • Maintain regular communications and provide timely feedback to candidates at all recruitment stages.
  • Build and sustain proactive talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Present comprehensive candidate profiles with summaries and recommendations.
  • Manage offer stage processes including negotiations and facilitate successful acceptances.
  • Monitor candidate engagement, addressing any issues to assure a smooth recruitment journey.
  • Keep accurate recruitment records and data updated in Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Utilize Zoho Recruit or similar ATS platforms for workflow management and recruitment reporting.
  • Post job advertisements across LinkedIn, Indeed, Zoho Recruit, and other relevant sites.
  • Generate precise recruitment reports, pipeline status updates, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple vacancies, upholding high standards for service and recruitment quality.
  • Participate actively in recruitment campaigns, talent attraction initiatives, and projects aimed at process improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to internal recruitment policies and industry best practices.
  • Consistently meet or exceed recruitment KPIs and placement targets.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or regulated industries.
  • Proven ability to manage complete recruitment lifecycles in agency, consultancy, staffing, or in-house settings.
  • Skilled in advanced candidate sourcing methods using diverse platforms and search techniques.
  • Experienced in using ATS software, especially Zoho Recruit or equivalent systems.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate relationship management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence candidates at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently under a high-volume, target-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail.
