Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Role Overview

Dr Joy Dental Clinic Dubai is looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer to work on-site in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai. This position acts as the main link between the business and government departments, helping ensure all official processes are completed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of government-related tasks, such as visa applications, employee paperwork, and labor card submissions.
• Manage the renewal and cancellation process for company licenses and commercial registrations.
• Submit required documents to the appropriate authorities and keep track of follow-ups until each matter is completed.
• Maintain accurate and current records for all government transactions and company documentation.
• Guide management and staff on regulatory requirements and compliance-related matters.

Must-Have Requirements

• Previous UAE PRO experience with solid knowledge of local government processes and labor law procedures.
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Comfort working with online portals used for company and employee registrations.
• Ability to work independently while handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Well-developed organization and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with company formation in DMCC or other free zones is an advantage.
• Additional language skills are beneficial.
• Background in supporting large, cross-functional teams is preferred.
• A well-established network within Dubai government departments is a plus.
