Proposal Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Proposal Advisor to join our Queensland team, supporting the creation and delivery of successful, high-quality proposals that contribute to our Pursuits & Proposals team's achievements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage proposal processes throughout Queensland, overseeing documentation from start to submission.
• Create and oversee action plans ensuring focus and timely completion of proposal submissions.
• Support proposal presentation preparations alongside the team.
• Collaborate with technical authors to ensure proposal content is relevant, precise, and well-structured.
• Help maintain and improve our internal knowledge base, content library, and proposal systems.
• Ensure proposal documents meet corporate branding standards with high-quality, visually appealing designs.
• Drive continuous improvement through integrating bid process lessons learned.
• Partner effectively with Market Leaders, Relationship Managers, and technical experts to develop compelling proposals.
• Participate in special projects, including knowledge management and AI-related initiatives.
• Provide mentoring and support to colleagues, particularly those in Direct Workshare roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in proposal-related roles within professional services or corporate environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, demonstrating advanced skills.
• Preferred knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and expertise in producing print-quality graphics and materials.
• Experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and adapting to new challenges.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and deliver quality results proactively.
• Strong interpersonal skills that foster trust, embrace diversity, and promote confidence within teams.
