Key Responsibilities

• Process and report General Activity (GA) approved tasks monthly to support fixed fee claims and ensure accurate financial submissions.
• Manage Request for Authorisation (RFA) forms by reviewing daily operation reports, submitting RFAs promptly to Queensland Rail and State agencies, and monitoring the backlog to ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate financial reporting by aligning RFA claims with Queensland Rail/State data, include fixed fee amounts and annual escalations in monthly claims, and assist with fixed fee reconduction and contract extension procedures.
• Ensure utilization of the annual credit valued at $556,000 through timely RFA claims; gather and process data for Overhaul Lumpy Payment Claims.
• Prepare and update monthly Integrated Communication (IC) meeting presentations that detail GA activity levels, RFA statuses, backlog, and financial impacts; address disputes and suggest improvements to the IC and QTECTIC groups.
• Oversee service delivery by monitoring vandalism repair work and backlog reduction, provide justifications for service deviations to customers, and collaborate with Operations to enhance delivery standards.
• Recommend service improvements and Variation Order (VO) proposals consistent with customer expectations and contractual terms.
• Coordinate internally with Engineering, Operations, Cleaning, Quality, and Planning teams to obtain evidence supporting claims.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Performance Manager.
