Position Overview

We are hiring 10 remote Project Managers to work with The One Percent Club (Australia), focusing on commercial projects that enhance business growth and market scalability in sectors including consumer goods, education, lifestyle services, and digital commerce. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and multi-priority management in an international, performance-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate projects across diverse business initiatives.
• Create detailed project plans, define timelines, and set performance goals.
• Track project progression to meet milestones successfully.
• Assist in market positioning and business expansion strategies.
• Perform business analysis to uncover opportunities and optimize project outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional teams and foster talent development.

Selection Process

Work Environment and Compensation

• This is a fully remote role.

• Income is performance-based with tiers:
• Entry-level: $250 to $5,000 per month
• Intermediate: $5,000 to $10,000 per month
• Advanced: Over $10,000 monthly
