Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Project Manager to lead our development lifecycles and manage business operations. This role acts as a liaison connecting technical teams with clients to guarantee project completion with quality and efficiency. Tasks will cover diverse areas within the company, providing an engaging work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain effective organizational procedures to optimize internal workflows and track project progress.
• Plan and implement marketing efforts to improve brand awareness and customer interaction.
• Assist the sales process through client engagement, proposal creation, and managing client relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven self-starter with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong communication abilities, comfortable engaging in professional and client-facing scenarios.
• Resident of Nova Scotia, Canada.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work in software development teams or technical project management roles.
• Experience in technical sales or account management.
• Skills in producing professional marketing content and digital promotional materials.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 plus a performance-based profit bonus.
• Four weeks of paid vacation each year.
• Option to work remotely from home.
