Role Overview

This full-time on-site position, located in Dubai, seeks a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and completion of real estate development initiatives. The role involves overseeing project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. Daily duties include liaising with design, construction, community management, and brokerage teams; managing vendors, contractors, and suppliers; conducting project monitoring via reports and site inspections; and ensuring adherence to regulations and internal standards. The Project Manager will also handle risk mitigation, logistics of materials and equipment, stakeholder communication, and documentation preparation, while driving ongoing enhancement of project management practices.

Qualifications

• Proficient in project management aspects such as planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Skilled in expediting material tracking, supplier management, and resolving delivery challenges.
• Capable of inspecting to ensure workmanship quality, compliance with plans, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
• Experienced in logistics oversight related to the movement, storage, and availability of supplies and equipment across sites.
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing construction or real estate development projects, preferably in the Middle East or comparable environments.
• Familiar with project management software and MS Office applications, with strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, adaptable to multicultural team settings.
