Role Overview

The Project Co-ordinator will support the Project Manager in managing administrative tasks across one or multiple projects, particularly focusing on contract administration and coordinating on-site activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contract obligations and ensure compliance with company responsibilities related to projects.
  • Verify and process invoicing accurately and promptly, ensuring correct coding and calculations.
  • Raise amendments for approved variations and back charges as needed.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting timely cost reports alongside the Project Manager.

  • Support coaching and development of the site team to improve competence and provide performance feedback through reviews.
