Program Manager, Amazon Flex Business Optimization, Strategy, and Scaling (B.O.S.S.)

Role Summary

This Program Manager role within the North America Flex Business Optimization, Strategy, and Scaling (B.O.S.S.) team offers the chance to innovate and enhance experiences for both Amazon customers and delivery partners. The position involves owning strategies and initiatives to optimize cost, quality, delivery partner satisfaction, and business expansion through collaboration with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive long-term roadmap aimed at improving business outcomes.
• Leverage data inputs and KPIs to conduct advanced analyses that inform both operational changes and long-term technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management teams to drive process improvements and launch initiatives.
• Make challenging decisions regarding resource allocations and achieve leadership alignment on priorities and outputs.
• Design and implement scalable processes to support the growing demands of the business.
• Engage with daily business operations to identify opportunities and challenges, executing both short-term fixes and long-term solutions.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in program or project management.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading process improvement initiatives driven by data and metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookUps, along with knowledge of SQL.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to identify and implement improvements.
• Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience managing end-to-end deliveries and reporting outcomes to senior leadership.
• 3+ years driving process improvements.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management with multiple organizational levels.
• Experience in process creation, project management, and scheduling.

Compensation includes a base salary range (e.g., $81,600 to $142,800 per year for New York location), sign-on bonuses, and restricted stock units (RSUs), with final offers reflecting experience and location.
