Production Support Staff

Role Overview

Tongues Translation Services LLC is hiring a production support staff member / computer operator to supervise and manage computer-based operations. The role focuses on keeping tasks moving through established procedures so work is completed on schedule and to the required quality standard.

The position calls for someone who is comfortable working with software systems, can solve problems quickly, and stays effective in demanding, fast-moving situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and operate multiple proprietary software applications used internally.
• Work with third-party software tools as part of daily operations.
• Follow complex process flows and structured workflows accurately.
• Use technical knowledge to handle advanced software systems efficiently.
• Apply strong analytical thinking and reasoning while resolving issues.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Operate within a Linux-based environment.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related discipline.
• Prior experience in a computer operator or similar support role.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with current operating systems, enterprise software, and office applications.
• Understanding of administrative and clerical workflows.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort working under pressure.
