Production, Inventory & Dispatch Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Production, Inventory & Dispatch Executive to oversee the daily management of goods flow within our company. This role entails maintaining stock integrity, ensuring smooth production operations, accurate order packing, and timely dispatch of shipments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain precise records of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished product inventories.
• Monitor daily stock inflow and outflow activities.
• Observe stock levels continuously and highlight when replenishment is required.
• Coordinate and schedule daily production tasks based on customer orders.
• Ensure production volume targets are met accurately and within set timelines.
• Keep detailed daily production logs.
• Organize packing for customer-specific and bulk orders.
• Verify orders prior to dispatch to confirm correct products, quantities, and packaging standards.
• Manage dispatch documentation and records.
• Liaise with delivery partners or transporters to ensure on-time dispatch.
• Track outstanding orders and prevent any items from being overlooked.
• Report any shortages in stock, production delays, or dispatch problems to management promptly.
• Maintain an orderly stockroom and production workspace.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in inventory control, warehouse management, production, dispatch, or operations roles.
• Proficient in record keeping using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar basic software.
• Strong numerical aptitude related to stock quantities.
• Highly organized and capable of multitasking across multiple orders.
• Responsible with keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating with production teams, packing personnel, and delivery agents.
• Ready to engage actively in operational tasks.

Preferred Background

Applicants with prior experience in food manufacturing, sweets, bakery, FMCG, retail, warehouse operations, or small manufacturing businesses will have an advantage.
