Job Overview
We are looking to hire a Production Executive for a multinational company located in Pune, India. The role involves planning and managing the production process to ensure customer delivery deadlines are achieved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
- Coordinate and supervise activities on the shop floor to maintain smooth operations.
- Provide motivation, training, and guidance to assistants focusing on Lean management, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Integrated Management System (IMS), and quality improvement initiatives (kaizens).
Qualifications and Eligibility
Applicants must have a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mineral Engineering.
