Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Product Manager specializing in Digital Platforms and Solutions to spearhead the design, development, and commercial launch of innovative digital products catering to market demands within Saudi Arabia. This role involves transforming identified opportunities into scalable offerings that drive growth and align with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market potential by identifying new opportunities and conducting thorough research including customer discovery and competitive landscape assessments tailored to the Saudi market.
- Define clear customer segments and craft compelling value propositions supported by commercial viability studies and well-structured business cases.
- Keep abreast of digital transformation trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to the region.
- Create and maintain product visions, strategies, and roadmaps for digital platforms, incorporating KPIs and success metrics.
- Translate business and customer requirements into digital features and lead minimum viable product development alongside hypothesis testing and market validation activities.
- Manage go-to-market strategies including pilot launches, commercialization, customer acquisition tactics, pricing models, and revenue frameworks.
- Forge strategic alliances with government bodies, private sector entities, and technology providers to support growth and regional expansion within GCC markets.
- Monitor ongoing platform performance using adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction metrics; analyze user data to propose enhancements and optimize operating models.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reports pinpointing performance insights, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
- At least five years of proven experience in product management, digital platform development, innovation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in launching digital products from conceptual stages to commercialization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Saudi market, including regulatory frameworks and digital transformation cycles.
- Experience crafting business models, business cases, and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder influence, analytical skills, and excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Background in sectors such as technology, digital government services, fintech, logistics, energy, or digital platforms.
- Familiarity with Lean Startup, Design Thinking, and Jobs-to-be-Done methodologies.
- Proficiency in Agile product management.
- Experience developing partnership frameworks and managing multi-sided platform ecosystems.
