Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to develop and refine design workflows that promote swift development cycles and iterative enhancement.
• Design user interfaces and experiences with global appeal and intuitive usability, providing expert design guidance and recommendations.
• Engage in user research initiatives, working alongside product teams to formulate solutions informed by qualitative and quantitative user data.
• Produce comprehensive and high-quality UI/UX design deliverables that meet robust standards.

Requirements

• Experience in fields related to Web3, cryptocurrency, payments, finance, or artificial intelligence.
• A formal education in graphic design, human-computer interaction (HCI), visual arts, or associated disciplines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A receptive attitude toward learning and constructive feedback.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively coordinate with international colleagues and stakeholders.
