ERP & Product Design Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for the ERP platform.
• Craft UX workflows for modules such as HR, Procurement, Finance, Projects, BIM, QA/QC, HSE, and Document Control.
• Develop dashboards tailored for executives and project teams.
• Create responsive designs for web and mobile applications.
• Produce wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
• Establish and sustain a scalable design system and UI component library.
• Enhance usability through iterative user testing and feedback incorporation.
• Collaborate closely with development teams during implementation phases.

Mobile Applications Design

• Design user-friendly mobile apps for roles including Site Engineers, Project Managers, Procurement, HR, Management, and Clients.
• Maintain consistent experience across Android, iOS, and web platforms.

AI Experience Design

• Create interfaces for AI integrations such as assistants, chat functionalities, smart search, automated reports, voice interactions, predictive dashboards, and intelligent project recommendations.

Company Branding & Corporate Design

• Support marketing and business development by designing corporate presentations, company profiles, proposal templates, brochures, digital ads, social media visuals, exhibition collateral, infographics, website designs, and employer branding content.
• Ensure visual identity coherence with KEA's branding across all digital and print materials.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma software.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and information architecture.
• Proven experience in designing ERP, SaaS, or enterprise-level applications.
• Expertise in mobile-first and responsive design methodologies.
• Experience building and managing design systems and component libraries.
• Capabilities in creating interactive prototypes and excellent visual design.
• Strong communication, presentation skills, and effective collaboration with developers.
