Position Overview

The Product Designer role involves collaborating closely with product managers, developers, engineers, and business leaders to craft user-friendly and aesthetically compelling software products. Responsibilities include preparing detailed mock-ups, interactive prototypes, and ensuring final products meet high design standards. This is a full-time position based within the product team at TNG.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a small team to design software accessible across various platforms.
• Convert ideas and requirements into appealing and intuitive user experiences using wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure product consistency.
• Identify and resolve design and usability challenges proactively.
• Partner with developers to achieve pixel-perfect implementation.
• Coordinate with marketing to align designs with brand standards and support marketing initiatives as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software, visual, or interaction design.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Moqups.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative design processes.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in team settings.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with sharp listening capabilities.
• Knowledge of HTML5 considered beneficial; front-end development experience is a plus.

Additional Information
