Role Overview

The Producer will spearhead the organization, planning, and execution of all content production activities at Abbott Lyon. Serving as the pivotal link among Creative, Brand, and Ecommerce teams, the Producer ensures that campaign, social, and eCommerce content shoots are orchestrated efficiently, delivered punctually, and uphold the highest quality benchmarks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assume full ownership of content production from concept briefings through to the delivery of final assets.
  • Create detailed production strategies, including schedules, timelines, and deliverables for shoots.
  • Administer and update production calendars and critical project milestones to maintain momentum across simultaneous projects.
  • Oversee logistical components such as location scouting, supplier coordination, freelancer and talent management, travel arrangements, and equipment setup.
  • Draft and disseminate call sheets, shooting schedules, and other necessary production documentation.
  • Operate as key liaison and point of contact during all stages of production, ensuring alignment with business goals and launch timelines.
  • Ensure proactive identification and mitigation of risks, dependencies, and potential setbacks to maintain smooth delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the Styling & Production Assistant to guarantee product readiness and availability for shoots.
  • Manage supplier relationships including photographers, stylists, models, agencies, and freelancers to maintain alignment with expectations and budget constraints.
  • Track production expenditures and assist in budget upkeep.
  • Foster seamless collaboration between Creative, Brand, Ecommerce, and Marketing departments to harmonize production activities with campaign and commercial objectives.
  • Innovate and refine workflows to enhance efficiency, quality, and output consistency across all production processes.
