Role Overview

As a Procurement Team Lead, you will oversee procurement operations focused on indirect spending categories, including MEP, facility management, transportation, catering, travel, security, housekeeping, laundry, logistics, and warehousing. Your role involves crafting category strategies aligned with corporate goals and proactively identifying ways to reduce costs through strategic sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for indirect categories like MEP, transportation services, catering, and facility management.
• Formulate and implement category strategies that support business objectives and cost optimization.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and drive process improvement initiatives enhancing operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• 7 to 9 years of experience managing procurement or similar roles.
• Proficient with Ariba Sourcing or comparable procurement software platforms.
• Strong negotiation skills backed by excellent communication capabilities.
• Adept in analyzing data to underpin decision-making processes with actionable insights.
