Role Overview

This position demands comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage underwriting procedures and policy frameworks specifically related to both Home Loans and Non-Home Loans. The role requires expertise in Loan Origination System (LOS), including Sales Force and Kastle platforms, alongside strong analytical capabilities to tackle complex policy scenarios ensuring precision, effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting impact analyses aligned with evolving policy and guideline changes.
• Developing and configuring rules within the Business Rule Engine (BRE) according to mortgage policy standards.
• Mapping and correlating data fields accurately to BRE rules to ensure seamless rule execution.
• Designing comprehensive scenarios and test cases for rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environments.
• Contributing to successful deployment of new or modified business rules in LOS, including overseeing release management and providing end-user training.
• Addressing and resolving issues reported through production support channels by users.
• Collaborating closely with the IT department to support the development of new systems and performing impact assessments on proposed system changes.
• Maintaining and distributing regular progress trackers to stakeholders detailing various activities and project statuses.
