About the Role
We invite candidates to attend a walk-in interview at our Bengaluru office for the role of Process Associate. The position involves managing customer and client interactions efficiently within a contact center environment. Successful candidates will be responsible for handling various computer screens effectively, interfacing with customers, clients, and vendors, and escalating issues as necessary to supervisory staff. Participants will also be required to attend mandatory training sessions to enhance client satisfaction and job performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently utilize multiple computer interfaces to handle tasks.
- Engage professionally with customers, clients, and vendors, escalating concerns properly.
- Participate in training programs aimed at improving service quality and operational knowledge.
- Comply with all organizational and Contact Centre policies and procedures.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completed or pursuing Bachelor's degree; undergraduate dropouts are also considered.
- At least six months of experience in BPO or travel sectors.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, including business and technical writing.
- Proficiency in computer applications and comfortable working within a contact center environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts including nights in a 24/7 setup.
- Flexibility to work in a blended mode involving voice, chat, and email support.
- High energy, integrity, and strong work ethics with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
