Overview

This role is crucial in shaping the leadership landscape for Amazon across Asia Pacific, Japan, and China. Based in Singapore, the Principal Executive Recruiter will spearhead the recruitment of high-caliber leadership talent across various Amazon business units and functions, including AWS, Prime Video, Stores, Operations, and more.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, develop and implement recruitment strategies for senior roles, identify and engage passive executive talent, manage the complete search lifecycle, and provide strategic, data-supported counsel to decision-makers while navigating the complexities of multiple markets.

Qualifications

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years’ executive-level recruiting experience, complemented by at least 10 years advising senior leadership. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with familiarity with the APJC region. Experience in technical executive recruiting is preferred.
