Pre-qualification Executive

About the Role

JJ Rhatigan & Company, a leading building contractor operating across Ireland and the UK, is seeking a Pre-qualification Executive to join its Marketing team based in Galway. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to multinational building projects and collaborate with a dynamic team in a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Prequalification Questionnaire (PQQ) process for both public and private sector projects, including managing submissions involving multi-party design teams and joint venture partners.
• Drive the organisation's participation in joint venture prequalification submissions alongside project collaborators.
• Contribute to the enhancement of the company’s corporate branding and the quality of presentation materials related to prequalification and tender submissions.
• Identify and respond to business development opportunities in both private and public markets.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive expertise in the Government’s Capital Works Management Framework and relevant documentation.
• Oversee the preparation of tender and prequalification proposal documents ensuring full compliance with submission requirements and timely delivery.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, architects, project management firms, and joint venture partners to promote business growth.
• Represent JJ Rhatigan at industry conferences and networking events to stay informed of market trends and foster new partnerships.
• Prepare business development presentations as needed to support meetings led by Directors and Regional Directors.
• Collaborate with the pre-qualification and tender teams by providing detailed project support, updating brochures, and managing presentation and submission templates.
