Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of €18.50 under tariff agreement including 50% Christmas bonus and regional labor market allowance
• An additional 50% Christmas bonus paid in November

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels using company-provided equipment
• Work five days a week (Monday to Saturday) fulfilling delivery schedules
• Handle shipments typically weighing under 10 kg
• Operate company vehicles, including fully electric models

Candidate Profile

• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a car
• Proficiency in German communication
• Physically resilient to work in various weather conditions and capable of manual tasks
• Dependable with strong work ethic and motivation
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
