Job description
Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to oversee and manage plumbing operations at various project sites in Ahmedabad. This role requires hands-on supervision of plumbing activities, team management, and ensuring quality standards and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise plumbers and helpers on-site daily
- Coordinate and oversee all plumbing tasks and manpower allocation
- Interpret and use plumbing drawings and layouts accurately
- Ensure correct installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary, and related plumbing systems
- Inspect the quality of materials used and workmanship
- Collaborate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other site personnel
- Maintain daily progress reports and documentation
- Ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety protocols
Candidate Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in plumbing supervision or foreman roles within construction
- Strong understanding of plumbing materials and installation methods
- Ability to manage teams comprising plumbers and support staff
- Good communication and problem-resolution skills
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices is advantageous
