Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head with over 10 years in manufacturing to lead and optimize our plant operations. This position requires close collaboration with multiple departments to execute strategic projects, ensure adherence to safety standards, manage manpower effectively, and improve manufacturing efficiency.
Key Duties
- Work jointly with various functional teams on key strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and enforce safety protocols within the plant environment.
- Supervise plant operations and oversee workforce management.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance manufacturing productivity.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Production and Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
