About the Company and Role

Wikilabs India operates in the metal recycling sector and is seeking a Chartered Accountant to manage finance operations at their Hyderabad (Medchal) manufacturing plant. The position requires 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage finance and accounting functions at the plant level.
• Generate and oversee monthly management information system (MIS) reports, conduct variance and cost analyses.
• Handle product costing processes including bill of materials (BOM) analysis and implement cost control measures.
• Monitor inventory valuation, perform stock reconciliations, and manage work in progress (WIP).
• Support activities related to budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with plant operations, production, and supply chain teams to align financial processes.
• Assist during internal and external audits to ensure thorough financial reviews.
• Track capital expenditure and oversee fixed asset accounting.
• Maintain adherence to internal controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Candidates must be qualified Chartered Accountants.
• Experience ranging from 2 to 4 years, specifically in factory or plant finance operations.
• Familiarity with costing, inventory management, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Proven experience using ERP systems, with preference given to candidates experienced in SAP.
