About the Role
Veolia is seeking a Planner and Scheduler to join the Network Services team based in Rocklea, Queensland. This role involves orchestrating daily schedules for field crews, managing access and permits, tracking ongoing job progress, and ensuring the smooth operation of vital wastewater network services within the region. Your expertise in scheduling will directly support communities by maintaining uninterrupted service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and dispatch daily work schedules for field teams while monitoring deadlines and progress.
- Coordinate property access, manage permit acquisition, and issue necessary notifications.
- Support upkeep of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other relevant management tools.
- Provide IT and administrative assistance to the field workforce.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a comparable planner or scheduler position.
- Familiarity with ESRI ArcGIS or equivalent GIS software preferred.
- Experience working with ClickMobile, Salesforce Field Service Edge, or similar scheduling platforms.
- Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
