Job Overview

We are seeking diligent Picker / Packer personnel to work in our warehouse environment. The role involves selecting products based on customer orders from designated racks, securely packing them ensuring the right quantity and quality, and scanning items using handheld devices for accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products/items accurately according to customer orders from assigned storage racks.
• Carefully pack items ensuring correct quantities and maintain product quality.
• Utilize handheld scanning devices to process items efficiently.
• Verify orders thoroughly before dispatch to prevent errors.
• Keep the warehouse organized and clean at all times.
• Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Achieve daily assigned productivity targets within stipulated timelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification: Minimum of 10th Pass; 12th Pass or graduation also accepted.
• Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
• Age range between 18 and 30 years.
• Both male and female candidates are eligible.
• Immediate joining preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly in-hand salary ranging between ₹17,500 and ₹25,000.
