About the Role

Mediix is hiring dedicated Physiotherapists fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese for full-time positions across several locations including Chatswood, Rhodes, Hurstville, and Burwood. Opportunities exist for both recent graduates and experienced practitioners to work within private practice or community healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive initial evaluations of patients' physical health and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote patient rehabilitation.
• Continuously assess patient progress and modify treatments to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding exercises, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care strategies.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in medical records.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain updated on the latest clinical practices and therapeutic techniques.

Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• Valid registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Strong expertise in rehabilitation methods and exercise programming.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare colleagues.
• Experience working in clinical environments, preferably hospitals or rehabilitation facilities.
• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within clinical teams.
