Job Summary
Garuda Asthetik Private Limited is seeking a skilled phlebotomist for their Gurgaon clinic. The position requires a proficient individual capable of performing blood collections with precision, especially in challenging cases such as pediatric patients or veins that are difficult to locate. The role also involves assisting as a clinic technician supporting procedures like laser treatments, PRP, and other related therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws with confidence and accuracy in adult patients.
- Manage challenging venipuncture scenarios involving hard-to-see veins.
- Insert intravenous cannulas for IV drips when needed.
- Ensure cleanliness, patient safety, and strict adherence to sample labeling and handling guidelines.
- Assist medical staff during PRP, laser, and other in-clinic procedures.
- Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and consumables ahead of procedures.
- Coordinate patient flow, aid with basic documentation, and provide follow-up guidance as necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, fostering a calm and reassuring environment for patients.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly remuneration between 18000 and 23000 INR.
