Role Overview
As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Innovativ Pharma, you will take charge of managing key physician accounts within primary care and specialty sectors. Your core responsibility involves cultivating profitable business relationships for the company's product range by leveraging your expertise, professionalism, and dedication to customer service. Developing and executing comprehensive account business plans to achieve consistent results will be fundamental.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the promotion and sales of pharmaceutical and healthcare products within an assigned local territory.
- Enhance patient-driven demand and raise product portfolio awareness among physicians.
- Establish strategic, long-lasting relationships with general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics based on trust, product insight, and service excellence, positioning for future product launches.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and programs relevant to the territory.
- Efficiently plan and schedule sales visits to maximize time and resources, achieving performance objectives within accounts.
- Stay informed about product details, market trends, regulatory updates, competitor actions, and customer insights, promptly communicating findings to management.
- Complete mandatory pharmaceutical sales training and maintain continuing medical education (CME) to effectively present products to physicians.
- Analyze contract performance data within accounts and adjust plans to improve value, volume, and market share.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure cross-functional support and implement effective pull-through tactics.
- Comply rigorously with pharmaceutical sales regulations, compliance requirements, and internal company policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated sales skills combined with interpersonal abilities and experience in account management or sales roles.
- Must hold a valid driver's license as this is a field-based position.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
- Capability to distinguish yourself competitively in the market.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, self-driven attitude, and ambition for success.
