Primary Duties

• Conduct regular inspections inside and around properties to identify pest sources, assess damage levels, and gain access to infested locations.
• Prepare and apply pest control treatments using mechanical or electric sprayers and place traps in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Advise customers on strategies to prevent future pest problems.
• Analyze preliminary infestation reports to determine appropriate treatment plans aimed at eradicating pests and preventing recurrence.
• Accurately document and electronically submit all work details following each visit.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Possessing a Structural Exterminator License is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Completion of high school or equivalent education.
• Strong skills in communication, customer service, interpersonal relations, and time management.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
