Job Overview and Benefits
This role offers a basic monthly salary ranging between SGD 3,000 to 7,000 depending on experience and previous salary, complemented by unlimited commissions and bonuses. Candidates will be part of a top-performing agency within the company with ongoing structured training and guidance. Various cold market platforms are provided, eliminating the need for prospecting among personal networks. Initial support will be given to help close early cases to establish a strong career foundation. Additionally, opportunities exist to build a corporate insurance clientele and specialize in group employee benefits. Flexible work arrangements allow individuals to set their own workdays and hours, including options to work from home or in the office. Annual all-expenses-paid incentive trips to Europe and the Americas are also part of the rewards program. Successful candidates must complete four required examinations (RES5, M9, M9A, & HI), with all fees sponsored by the company before officially starting in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment, insurance, or savings products for both individual and corporate clients.
- Deliver superior customer service and financial advisory support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess a diploma from a recognized local polytechnic or an equivalent qualification.
- Only Singapore citizens or permanent residents are eligible; foreign applicants will not be considered.
- No prior experience is necessary; fresh candidates are welcomed.
- Holding RES5, M9, M9A, and HI certifications is an advantage but not mandatory.
